Rising Star – Bradley Stevenson, Engineering
Bradley has shown remarkable adaptability, dedication, and initiative since joining the engineering department. Having transitioned from another department, he has applied himself with enthusiasm, quickly learning new skills and proving himself as a reliable and approachable team member. Alongside his on-site contributions, Bradley is completing his apprenticeship with Skills for Security, demonstrating commitment to learning and personal development that sets a strong example for colleagues.

Always willing to support colleagues and clients, he goes above and beyond to ensure daily operations run smoothly. His steady commitment, teamwork, and positive attitude make him a key contributor to the success of the department and embody the true spirit of JSL.
Security Officer of Distinction – Darren Rooney, Security Services
Darren is a true role model for professionalism, leadership, and reliability. His guidance and expertise have transformed site performance, particularly at our current Jenners contract, where his proactive approach has improved security standards, enhanced team coordination, and strengthened client confidence. Darren consistently mentors’ colleagues, anticipates challenges, and ensures every aspect of site security is delivered to the highest standard, making him an invaluable member of the Security Services team.

Mariah’s determination, leadership, and unwavering dedication make her an inspiration to all at JSL. She excels both behind the scenes and in management responsibilities, supporting the team, sharing knowledge, and driving operational excellence. Mariah’s efforts, often unnoticed, ensure JSL meets high standards across audits, compliance, and daily operations. Her promotion to Associate Director reflects her exceptional skill, integrity, and leadership, and this award celebrates her perseverance, heart, and ability to make every day at JSL better.

Relatively new to the security industry, he has quickly shown exceptional growth and leadership potential, inspiring those around him.
